Hi,

Its very strange that you are not getting any system logs for it.

For the error message "Error in opening the connection.." generally we get to see some logs in ST22, SM21.

are you able to login in Hana Studio using your credentials?

Can you check whether SYSTEM user is locked or not by any chance?

I am able to log with SYSTEM user in HANA studio.

Please help me. and if possible provide any contact no like gmail or skype. so that i will reach you for this issue.

Hi,

Can you check if LTR tcode is working for you or not?

Using LTR t-code you can create a SLT configuration as well.

moreover, in your LTRC screen, I cant see any password as such.

maybe thats why you are not able to create a connection to db.

Pls ensure you are putting the correct hostname as well.

SAP Note 1759156 can be used to verify your installation steps.

SAP Note 517484 can be used to check SLT-specific web services.

Below  link would be useful to you-

Hope this helps!!

Hi, do you have the proper roles assigned for your HANA user? Check the system log, there you see the roout cause of the error.

I am not talking about installation -> I am talking about the user that is used to connect to the HANA database. Check the Security Guide for this purpose.
