Partner function in service order

Hi Guys,

Can we assign Partner type -MA or MP mail recipient (email address) in partner tab of service order ?

I tried to assign partner function of partner type MA and MP but system didn't allow .

I need to update email address in service order from interface?

Hi ;

I can now assign partner type MA or MP mail receipt to my service order.

But there is restriction on field length.

Its a 12-figure number. I cannot type in email address.

Hi Anil,

Normally, when you maintain the Partner Function, you need to give the personal number, personal number will carry the email ID of the person. Through which the email can be sent, check with your workflow consultant.

Hi Anil,

Refer this below link. This was done for PM, similarly you can for CS.

To trigger email, check with workflow team, they will be able suggest.
