Certification on SAP Testing

Dear Friend, I have around 8+ years of experience in SAP and most of my experience is in Testing. So i would like to grow in SAP QA space, especially Automation. Can any one suggest me the list of SAP certifications available for SAP QA? So that, i can plan my career goals. Thanks in advance for your response.

Thanks for your response Satvik. But the link you shared is for Quality Management, which is specific to PLM module. As per my understanding, this is not related to Quality Assurance. I am looking for the details specific to certification on Quality Assuarance in SAP. For example we have course on Test Management Overview (E2E220), but we dont have specific certification exam.

Can you please help me?
