Error in search field

Hi,

While searching for "Request for change" in Charm 7.1 we have been getting an entry in Status filed for SDCR which should not be and it has to display only YMCR entries, please find the attached screenshot,

Can anyone suggest how SDCR entry can be removed from the search fields.

Hi,

In your authorizations roles, check the authorization object CRM and remove the irrelevant business transaction (SDCR etc). Restrict in the aurhorization field  PR_TYPE and check.
