How to add a SAP INBOX Link in Outlook!!!

Hi,

I got the requirement is Once the Supervisor get the mail to approve the training request. In that mail i need to add the Link ( SAP Inbox workitem link) so that he can click that link and he can approve or reject the Requet.

Kindly Suggest???

Go to Transaction SWNCONFIG, Drill down to Subscription Basic Data> Subscription Settings .. SHOW_INBOX_AS  value LINK1 . Refer link below

Subscription - Embedded Processes (SAP Business Workflow) - SAP Library

Ensure that WG_HOST value (ITS server (Internet Transaction Server) for calling the SAP GUI for HTML) is maintained in "General Settings" in SWNCONFIG. Check with basis for this value.

I would suggest SWNADMIN in first instance. It covers the majority of scenarios and is easier to set up.

The are option to add links to approve and reject and of course links/attachments to the SAP business workplace or executing the workitem directly (in SAP GUI).
