According to your experience performing backups, Which are the most important folders to backup for a Solution Manager over Windows and sybase database to keep in mind?

This is really no difference to any other NetWeaver system, so just back it up as you would any other.

You can take the backup of Database(Database data & log files) ,SAP USR folder and Windows OS main folders.
