BI Web Services root folder and sub-folders are not being displayed

When publishing a Web Service via WRC or Webi, the Bi Services root folder and it's sub-folders are not being displayed on initial load at location selection screen, see attached image.

I have to click New Folder icon as a workaround then the list displays. This seems to be same issue on some BI 4.0 and 4.1 releases (tested also on 4.1.5.5), I have not found any notes or threads on this. Any idea if this was logged already? Thanks in advance.

Hi George,

As far as I know, the folders which we view on this window are provided by application server.

You may try restarting the application server (generally Tomcat) and deleting its cache and check.

Hi George,

When we say many systems, does it mean this issue is coming on multiple client machines?

Have you tried logging onto the client machine with admin rights (on the machine) and check?

Can you try to search and delete the .LSI file and check? The .LSI file format will be something like <cmsname_portnumber>.LSI.
