Basic MTE not available in rz20

Hi All,

When i goto RZ20->SAP CCMS Monitor Templates->Change & Transport System, i am not able to find any alerts.

Simillarly to the above situation RZ20->SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors->All Contexts on Local Application Server i dont find any alerts like Transactional RFC and Queued RFC,Oracle etc

Can any one help me to activate some of these basic alerts.

Hello Sriram,

I think someone should have a look at your system. I'm quite sure opening an OSS message a SAP will help you to solve the problem.

I have activated both Background dispaching and centeral system dispaching.

Sorry Vinoth, I dont see CCMS admin workplace in RZ20.

Hi Sriram,

Can you able to see the alerts in

RZ20>CCMS admin workplace>entire system

If you can see the alerts in this place then I don`t think you have to check in individual categories.
