Hi everyone ,
first of all thanks everyone for your reply
now issue is resolved..
with below procedure
step 1 :-
- we sent the issue to sap support
- we got below reply from sap
Please import the old SAProuter Root CA (this step is important and
necessary to establish the trust with the sapservX SAProuter at SAP
until 07/18/2015)
1. The old SAProuter SMP Root CA certificate is attached to SAP Note
2131531.
2. Import the old SAProuter SMP CA Root CA certificate as trusted into
your PSE using the command
sapgenpse maintain_pk -a smprootca.der -p local.pse
- Above note(2131531) mention one attchment with file ie smprootca.sc(security certificate)
download this file copy and paste in Saprouter folder.
- (give this command) sapgenpse maintain_pk -a smprootca.der -p local.pse
- Now restart router with this command (
saprouter -r -V 2 -K "p:CN=XXXXX, OU=000123XXXX, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP,
C=DE"
)

Hi Ashish,
We have also faced the issue and i think the problem is from sap side router.
For the time being , you can follow the below things and share the result.
1. Logon to the saprouter server
2. Open the services file
3. Maintain the entry
sapmsO01 3601/tcp (and then hit enter)
4. Save the file
5. Restart your saprouter
6. Test the connection
If you have maintained a service for saprouter in services.msc ,then stop the service and then start the saprouter from CMD
Share the result.

Hi Ashish,
Can you ping this address sapserv1 IP address. Also, please try reaching sapserv1 on 3299 from your saprouter command line. This port is not blocked on SAP's end.
telnet that IP address on port 3299
Also, please check if there is any error in dev_rout file. I suspect that your saprouter is not able to reach to SApserv1 or issue with your vpn connectivity to SAP. Can you check with your network people if your vpn is able to established the vpn tunnel to SAP and send over the interesting packets to SAPserv1.
If the vpn tunnel has been established then you should be able to ping to SAPserv1 from your saprouter host unless your firewall disallow that
Finally, please check the following thread
Regards
Adil
Hi Ashish
Once check the ports (3298,3299) to SAP side public ip

Hi Ashish,
For the issue please refer previously mentioned SAP Note & if possible try to share dev_w7 log file,OSS1 screen snap shot from the system. You need to re-check with the values under OSS1 transactions.
Additionally please be confirm for the sapdp99 3299/tcp entry under /etc/services files .
Hope this will help you.
