Choosing Prompt Operator dynamically

Hi,

Is it possible to create dynamic operator in WEBi prompts?

Requirement: While running the webi report, User should be able to select any operator "Equal to / InList / Not InList / Matches Pattern" in the prompt and select values accordingly

Environment: WebI report is built on UNX universe; BO 4.0 SP04 with DB2 Database
