STATUS UPDATION FOR MASS SALES DOCUMENTS

Dear SD gurus,

Business Requirement:-

if we wants to give Rejection reason to number of sales documents within few seconds? how it can be possible for SALES DOCUMENTS

Documents including:-

OR,BV AND RO

Possibilities:-

1. Z tables/Z reports

2. Standard SAP T-code
