No TABS in SOLMAN-WORKCENTER

Hi Everyone,

we've a display-prolem in our SOLMAN-WORKCENTER. After starting TCODE: SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (or SM_WORKCENTER) only one TAB is displayed. Same Problem with other user(s). So we think the Problem is global and user Independent. When I started the Workcenter-functions over SAP-menue, everything works fine.

Has anyone an idea , how to solve this Display Problem?

Have you try create a new user with just some tabs to see if it is a problem with the users?

Hi Roland,

I tryed to implement the SAPNOTES but I can't. I get the following message: SAPNotes does not contain valid correction-instructions.  So what can I do?  Do you think the TAB-Problem is a BSP Problem? Any ideas how to solve this Problem?

Hi Mathias,

I have the exactly the same problem in my system SOLMAN system today. Someone moved all these SAP_SMWORK* roles from Dev to PRD and this problem has occured.

Have you already found a solution to your problem ?

Have you performed an user comparison?

Besides that, you can try an authorization trace via ST01.

We have the same users and roles in our SOLMAN-Development-System. No Problems in the workcenter with the Tabs. I can't create a new user in our productive-System.No permission to do that.

we had do that in the past and the SOLMAN-WORKCENTER works with all Tabs. But two weeks ago, only one Tab was diplayed. We recreated profiles and roles and assigned it to the user(s), without success. So what could be the Problem?

Is there any other role which is restricting other tabs ?

Can you create any other user and assign couple of work center roles.

1st generate profiles for these roles from PFCG and then assign them to user IDs.
