"No Activity Type Available For Selected Work Center" error in WorkManager 5.3

Hi Experts,

We are downloading work orders based on the operation level work center in WM5.3.We have created a work order,assigned operation level work center (User2)and performed sync from the device.The order has been downloaded to the device.Now we are trying to assign opeartion to the user from Ipad.There are two users User1 and User2. We are trying to add an operation to the exsisting order from User1 Ipad, and added User2 operation level work center.But when trying to finish the transaction, "No activity type assigned to the selected work center" error has been displayed.There is a validation rule to select the activity type as mandatory.

Here the issue is with only User2 work center.We are not able to assign operation to User2 from any other user.We have even verified the Activity types in ECC.All seems to be fine.This scenario is working fine for all other users.We could not able to send operations from Ipad to User2 from all other users.

Requesting inputs for the issue.Thanks in advance.

Hi,


Verified the complex table enable,refresh and check parameters in configuration panel.The complex table data related to work centers has been downloaded to the device after the complete reset of the application.The table related to work centers has not updated in intermediate syncs.Hence even if Activity types are configured for the work center they are not provided as drop down in Agentry Client.


Reset of the application has resolved the issue.
