Confirmation of service in sales order document flow

Could anyone explain about confirmation service in SAP sales order document flow. I have spent lots of time on learning about it. but unable to find right document for it. Thank you very much...

Hi Selva,

Generally this will be updated when your schedule lines does not have Movement type.

If you have a movement type assigned to your schedule line category, system will update as PGI document, if not when you do Post goods issue for delivery without movement type it will update as  confirmation of service
