Dot Matrix printing problem

I am experiencing a shift in form printed on dot matrix printer when using any other version except 720 Patch 9.

But the another I have when I used 720 Patch 9 is in other transaction GUI closed itself unexpectedly.

So for now we need to used 720 Patch 9 for accounting department where they uses dot matrix and 720 Patch 11 for all other department.

Can you point out how can we used single version for both dot matrix printing and gui closing issue.

The 7.20 SAPgui is long out of support. Support for 7.30 ends soon. You should really upgrade your SAPgui - 7.40 patch 2 is available now and patch 3 should be available soon.

Have you tried SAPgui 7.40?

Then you'll have to ask SAP about your specific printing issues - create an OSS incident...
