Getting error "Run-time error "Time out occurred" while executing MB1B

Hi ,

While executing Tcode MB1B , getting error "Run-time error "Time out occurred".

When i check in SM21 - noted as  "Short dump "XXXX' in EEQ " generated. still if i analysed , it point to program : SAPLSENA

Checked through Tcode : SM12 and confirmed there is NO LOCKS

Checked through Tcode : SMQS , Scheduler System status noted as "Waiting" ,Still if i check the TRFC monitor there are some IDOC with Error status.

Checked through Tcode : SM51 - all the 9 dialog processes are Free.

NOTE : This issue noted ONLY in Quality System ,not in Development or Production systems

In Development and Production Systems , status noted as "INACTIVE" but in Quality System Status noted as "WAITING"

Whether above point cause the issue  or some other reason may cause this error .  Can any one suggest please how to fix this error.

Dear Maurali,

Please check ST22 and on the right side click on ERROR ANALYSIS and paste the screenshot, then we are able to understand the issue.
