Data extraction from APO to BW

Hi All,

Could you please help regarding below query?

We are extracting data from APO to BW.

Data extraction is monthly.

Each data load will have next 3 month's planned data for forecasting.

     So say for April i have planned data for may,  june and july.

     For next extraction May i will have planned data from june, july and august.

     I need to save both versions in cube and compare April month's planned data [for june and july] to May month's planned data [for june and july].

Please guide me regarding version management.

Hi,

I think you are looking for Lag Scenario in BW, which is common w.r.t APO.

Follow the steps as below:

Here Lag is just a difference of Fiscal Month and Snapshot month.

Pre-requisite- Ask the APO team to get you fiscal month from APO side then based on system date you can have snapshot month.
