User Assignment to Vendor

Would anyone tell me how to assign the user to the vendor number already created for SRM , SUS .

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

Have you tried the transaction - "Manage Business Partners" in SRM Web page by logging as a Buyer user role (Alternatively try the transaction - BBPMAININT).

Hi Bris,

You can create a contact person to a vendor(Business partner) in srm in the Adminstrator UI there you will find a option Manage Business Partners.

Select the respective vendor and create the contact person for this vendor.

I'm have only basic knowledge in SRM , Would you tell me which transaction i can go to create a contact person( USERID) to the selected vendor( business partner whic his already created)

Version is SRM 5.0. Please correct me if I'm wrong .

I can only assign the user created(SRM) to the business partner in SRM. Based on the role assigned in the back-end SRM System their way of performing functionality differs. Is it right ? How about SUS ?

Hi Bris,

You can create contact persons on both sides as Administrator in SRM and SUS.

This contact person is responsible for creating confirmations and invoices from the vendor side.

The transaction to create contact persons to Vendors is BBPMAININT.
