Hi Experts,

When i am executing the Budcon report with mentioned parameters.

Fund 30

Fund Center 4050300000

GL 260100300

Functional Area 88203000000

The report gives the values.

But when i see the consumed budget Actual line item documents by sorting period wise i have only Rs.32,936,574.00.

Hi,

Try running FMAVCREINIT transaction and see if the situation changes. If not, then only check of relevant tables FMAVCT (for totals) and FMIFIIT (for lines) could help without having access to your system.

Thanks for your reply.

The Transaction code-FMAVCREINIT  is updating entire fund,can you suggest any other program or Tcode by which only a particular Fund derivation can be updated.

There is no such transaction; update logic of FMAVCT table requires entire fund update. Did FMDERIVE change the report? It is not clear from your feedback...

I need to Update only particular Fund combination rather than updating entire Fund data in table FMAVCT.

We have a various combinations like 1.Fund 2.Fund center 3.Commitment item 4.Functional area.

Running FMAVCREINIT won't do any harm. Moreover, you have to run it from time to time. See Note 725266 - "Conditions requiring a re-initialization of AVC ledgers" for more info
