Hello Kumar,

Can you check the status of your Communication Channel in the directory ?

This error may occurs when it is deactivated (manualy).

Hi,

Check the channle status in ID first.

what is SP version.

in SP19, we have Channel scheduling, in details tab, you can schedule for a period, is there any such type of thing.
