SRM User creating shopping cart for external requirement from ECC

Hello experts,

We have done implementing ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST BADI

May I know where to find the user used by the SRM system in making the shopping cart in SRM for transfer of external requisition from ECC?

i'm encountering pposa-related issue so I'd want to know what user the system is using in creating the intermediate shopping cart so I can assign the proper attributes.. Thanks in advance.

try checking the shopping cart - requestor column if this shows the ECC - RFC user.

Check ECC SM59 ==> RFC destination ==> Logon ==> user details

check if the same is replicated in shopping cart.

it's not available here. but should be checked on the proxy user set in PI settings.

Hi Conan,

Could you check the Inbound Q's in the SRM system (Transaction - SMQ2).

If the SC is not getting created, Q would be blocked with a user ID against the Q and that would be the RFC user ID which creates the SC in SRM system.

The SRM user creating the SC are having issues with the SRM org.

Please use T.code: USERS_GEN to repair.

Hi,

Please check the XI communication user in SRM system to see if it is configured well in ppoma_bbp. It should have been assigned under organization in SRM side.
