Access Request Issue

Hi Experts..

I'm creating access request to my self when I add role, I searched Role in search criteria it is showing that "no records found"..

I've all roles loaded correct and in backend system also roles are placed good.

so what I need to do for that Issue?

In  addition to Arjuna's reply, make ' Provisioning allowed' and  'allow auto-provisioning' as YES, in role import file

Hi Sarath,

Please do the followings.

1. Please upload the new roles in to ARM.

2. Run the Respositry sync job.

Please search the roles after finish the repositry job.
