New Custom token in mail message templates

eSourcing: How to create a new custom token (apart from available ones in RG) in a mail message template based on value of an extension field?

Hello Srinivas,

As a work around you can do as follows.

In custom templates you will be having content tokens.

Create an LR for that which would be like below

Master Agreement %Document_ID% is having %USER% as gatekeeper.

USER can be declared in mail properties and can be displayed in mail

Hello,

In standard SAP Sourcing there is no possibility of adding in tokens; you are restricted to the ones available in RG.
