SAP Personas T-Code permission

Hi,

We are creating one screen in SAP Screen Personas using two T-Codes but some users that will use this screen don't have access to one of these t-code. If this user had access to t-code and use Personas work fine but the problem is when the user enter in ECC using SAP GUI, he will have access to t-code with all functions.

How can I solve this? I need that this user just have access to t-code only in Personas not in SAP GUI and WEB GUI.

Hi Lucas,

The authorizations in ECC are the first level of authorizations. On top of it, the Personas authorizations are implemented. So to have an access at Personas, the user has to have access at ECC. You cannot bypass it.

So, what you are saying is not possible directly.

What you can do is, create a copy of the transaction a z-version. Modify the code to only display the report and remove all other functionality. Use this z transaction in Personas. At the ECC level, you will have to give authorizations for the z transaction to the user,
