Exit / Badi for quality notification saved from action box

Hi experts,

we save a customer service notification from IW52, creating a new quality notification with action box. Is there a way to change data on the nested quality notification created by exit/BADI?

Hi Davide,

You can search by QQM* in t-code SMOD to find user exits for notifications.  Maybe the SAP enhancement QQMA0007 can help.

Also check if BADI NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE helps.
