Removed LDAP users still showing in GRC repository

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone can point me to documentation or give ideas on how to correct the following:

Currently using AD LDAP to identify user ID's to be provisioned via GRC to our backend SAP ABAP systems.    When A user is terminated, we remove all roles from the users via GRC and then the Active Directory Admins delete the accounts.

During a full sync I would expect the ID's to drop off as they are no longer valid in the LDAP repository, but they are not which is causing issues is load times as well as confusion.

How do you get GRC to drop those ID's that are no longer in LDAP anymore?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael,

Could you tell your User search data Source. if the same is not LDAP, then user would have been pulled from where it still exists. If it is LDAP, then it is there is no need of Rep Sync. it fetches from LDAP real time.

Hello,

Please implement the below Note

1864423 - Repository sync is not updating the GRACUSER table properly
