Auto-Incident creation

Hi,

I configured an ITSM+SLA demo scenario, and I would ike to test the Auto-Incident creation too.

So when an Alert  occurr , an Incident should be created in automatic way in Service Desk.

Where can I find documentation about the Auto-Incident scenario ?

Hi,

thanks for the feedback.

I followed the link but despite I activated the auto-incident creation, the incidents are not auomatically created from alerts.

Are there other configuration steps needed ?
