Production Orders Are Getting Recreated After Job Has Shipped

Professionals,

I am a production planner and we are an Engineer to Order Plant and we are having problems with production orders getting created for jobs that have already shipped. For example: Job 15xxxxxx was shipped on April 1rst but everytime MRP runs a new planned order is being created. Any assistance on why this might be happening?

Hello Brandon,

Please check the MRP situation in MD04 you might have the requirements which gets plan in MRP run (Net requirement calculation) which creates new planned orders for that requirements. And your batch for order conversion is converting that planned order to production orders.
