CUA architecture for GRC

Dear colleagues!

Could anyone please share your CUA configuration for successful GRC interaction?

I try to configure it again and again, but no solution does work for me.

My process looks now as:

New account - assign system only

Change account - assign roles only

After successful ending of "New account", I get a user account. Then I synchronise users to get user in my "Change account" request.

However, when "Change account" is closed I don't see roles assignment in the system where user just has been created!

My CUA configuration:

SAP GRC NW Plug-in level is 13th.

Hi colleagues,

Thee problem with user existence was eliminated by maintaining CUA settings in SPRO. After that I got a user with a role. However, when I deleted the user and test the procedure again, the role was not assigned. In the audit log I see:

Auto provisioning activity at end of request at Path CHANGE_PATH and Stage ZROLE_APPROVE

Z_ROLE_4_GRC Role is already assigned to 101DIT0037 in system SSDCLNT200

Approval path processing is finished, end of path reached

Request is closed

But the user doesn't have the role:

Does anyone have an idea where the problem is?
