Hi,
We have to access to SQL server 2012 but unfortunately we can't access with any of the users/passwords we have.
Do you know if it's possible to reset the SA password without having to access to the DB? Or some emergency steps we can follow in case we don't have any ohter users?

please check using which user it was installed. you can connect using that user.
if it installed with administrator you can connect with windows authentication.

Do you know the password of OS users <sid>adm or builtin administrator?
Those users are part of group Administrators and can connect to the database instance.
