Bill from measurement points

Greetings everyone

I would like your help in the following requirement:

I have a client who would like to make Bill from measurement documents (measurement points), or has a equipment that is associated to a measuring point. and want to bill the readings taken through the measuring points. How do I configure the system to accept this scenario

Requirement is not clear. Could you please explain this with some example? What is measurement document or point? Any example please.

Measurement points is the object used in the PM module to control for example the fuel consumption of a truck or other equipment, let us assume that we have a client who had the first measurement document the value of 20 l and another 15 l, the total would be 35 l. The customer wants to bill these 35 liters automatically through the measurement document

There is no standard program or transaction is there in SAP to do that. Probably, you might need to take help of ABAPer to build a program/transaction to work with your requirement.
