Issue in duplicate condition record number update in table level.

Hi Gurus,

I have one issue in pricing condition records(VK11). User maintained the condition records with three different dates like below.

Valid from      Valid to               Amount

05/13/2014     04/02/2015          24.50

04/03/2015     04/30/2015          24.50

05/01/2015     12/31/9999          24.50.

As per the above details those records has not interlinked with other records. All are individual. But after saving these records it has updates in table "A559" like below.

VZG10NL01120546825010-PWR04/02/201505/13/20140052147684
VZG10NL01120546825010-PWR04/30/201504/03/20150062540462
VZG10NL01120546825010-PWR12/31/999905/01/20150052147684

Here the 1st and 3rd condition record has the same condition record number "0052147684".

Could you please let me know why is has happened like this.

Note: In VK11 1st and 3rd condition records are in Green color and 2nd condition record is in Black color. Please explain it what could be the reason behind this.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Venkatakiran Boru.

Hi Kumar,

Are you sure you created condition records with same amount (24.50) for 3 difference periods?

It doesn't make sense.

The only possibility that duplicated KNUMH occurs in standard system is described in note 66943.

This means you first created a condition record with amount 24.50 from 05/13/2014 to 31/12/9999.

Then you inserted a condition record with a different amount 25.00 from 04/03/2015 to 04/31/2015.

In this case, the first and third condition record have the same number. This is standard behavior.

Tao

Hi Kiran,

by using T.Code VK11 and maintain condition record thrice and every time system generate different ConditionRecond No.

Find below records maintained in my system.

PR001000106000130415.05.201513.05.20150000402948
PR001000106000130420.05.201516.05.20150000402949
PR001000106000130425.05.201522.05.20150000402950
PR001000106000130431.12.999926.05.20150000402951

It is very strange how you maintain condition record so that system give you same number?

If your maintenance of condition record process is correct still getting same issue please raise OSS message to SAP.

Arun

Hi

What do you mean green color and black color in VK11? Could you please show that screen? Also update what have you maintained in access sequence for exclusive indicator field?

Hi Kiran,

Using the condition record number, check in the table KONH if the deletion indicator is updated or not.

If I am not, one of the records should be having the deletion indicator, else the validity dates will be different.

Hi Navaneetha,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your instructions i have checked in KONH table and i found only two entries.

52147684EKAPITEI13.05.2014A559VZG10NL01000120546825010-PWR13.05.201431.12.9999

Here in the above data the system mixed the 1st and last record and updated in single line. But no one record has deleted.
