hi,
Our VAR KEY USER CANT view any reply from SAP at SM_CRM (web UI) , he can only veiw the status Change of the incident.
BUT the VAR message processor can view the replies from SAP for all the incidents created by VAR KEY USER.

Hello, Elizabeth.
Your end-user does not have authority for text type "Reply from SAP".
Check CRM_TXT_ID auth. object.
