I want to see the preview of the file contents in webdynpro.

Hello,

I have uploaded file into SAP. Now I want to display the content of file in webdynpro. I have used download ui element, but it is downloading the file then we can see the content of file. But my client requirement is, when he click on file then it should show the content of file in the same window. Please help me to find the solution.

When I click on the file desert.jpg then the file contents should display on right hand side.

Hi Adesh,

What is the type of the file ?

IF it is image you can MIME object , if it is PDF you can use interactive forms & if it is excel or word you can use Office control and so on.

Can you please provide me the document for this, If you have. Is there any way to display content for all file in one UI? Step By step process?

Hi Adesh,

It is not possible to display all types of content into single UI , only option for this is File download UI element.
