Unable to launch T-code SOLMAN_SETUP

Dear Gurus,

We are unable to call T-code SOLMAN_SETUP.

We have edit the host fille however.

Please advise me how to solve this error

Steps for reconstructions:

1. Call T-code: SOLMAN_SETUP

2. Click Log on

3. Encounter ERROR: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

4. Call T-code: ST22

Found UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION runtime errors

Hi Zulfadzly,

Have you maintained FQDN & SAPLOCALHOSTFULL parameter in DEFAILT.PFL .

Also do check the ICM/hostname_full parameter also.

Thanks a lot.

I add parameter icm/host_name_full=gitvm063.abeam.com in instance profile and it's working.

I also add ip adress and gitvm063.abeam.com in the host file

Best would to follow SAP KBA   2087277 - Uncaught Exception CX_FQDN

& SAP Note  1403326 - Exception CX_FQDN when starting WD ABAP applications

Hope you've already maintained FQDN & SAPLOCALHOST parameter in your system as suggested above.

In addition you could refer SAP Note  1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup

& SAP KBA  1962333 - Responsibility of individual steps in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP and helpful notes or KBAs

Yum must use fully qualified domain name. For more info please read SAP notes 1403326 - Exception CX_FQDN when starting WD ABAP applications and 773830 - FQHN determination in ICM.
