SRT_SEQ_DELETE_BGRFC_QUEUES Print Outs

We are getting reams and reams of paper being printed out with this job on our system. I have tried deleting the job in SM37 and changing the output on the job to print to file but we still get tons of print outs. I have already tried deleting this job also from RZ21 but still no luck. Any ideas?

Hi Connie,

Is it printing locally? what kind of print parameters/methods are being used.

Some of the options here are

1) Delete the job

2) Delete the background process

3) Delete the Queue at printer level

4) Deactivate the Printer

If you have killed the job, it must be having prints queued. It will stop in some time.

Best is to delete the print request directly from the printer queue.

That seems to have worked! For some reason this job just keeps showing up out of no where.
