Elevated Mode in Screen Personas

Hi All,

We are trying to configure elevated trust mode in personas following SAP Note 2025591.

• Get rid of silver light storage and copy, paste popups.

I see personas showing up in elevated mode. But I still see the storage popup until I uncheck "Enable Application Storage" in Silverlight settings.

Is this the expected behavior and does unchecking this create any issues?

Hi Lokesh,

Application storage space in Silverlight is used by Personas to store local history for fields and other things. By default only 1 MB will be allocated in Silverlight, so Personas shows popup requesting user permission to allow 50 MB space. If you uncheck application storage, then local history and other things like image cache might not work correctly.

You can use group policy setting as mentioned here (Technical Resources - Group Policy Settings | Microsoft Silverlight) to increase storage.
