Hello,
I am currently working for a customer, where I am facing heavy performance issues when submitting access requests.
Configuration is setup as required and we are on SP08.
When I create a request and press "SUBMIT", it takes up to 5-10 minutes (!!!!!) until I receive the message for successful request submission,
(sometimes I even get a time-out from the NWBC screen).
I searched all GRC-related notes, but most of them deal with role/user-sync-issues when it comes to performance.
I know there can be many causes for this issue (browser, network, trace, etc) and analysis can be really time-consuming
That's why I am looking for some guidance to identify the bottleneck of this runtime in a more sophisticated way.
i.e. What is the first thing to check ? Which logs are the ones to get a first hint about the root cause ?
regards
Johannes
Hi Johannes,
Do you have Risk Analysis on form Submission enabled via parameter 1071? If yes implement below note.
