Hi,
Just wanted to clarify something.
We have Knowledge articles sitting in different legacy systems.
We want to use SAP Knowledge Central by MindTouch and using mash-up webservice we want to set up the search for the knowledge articles while processing a ticket in C4C.
What's the best way of migrating these Knowledge Articles to MindTouch?
Can anyone help.
