Hi SRM gurus,
We have created a PDP requirement from the backend and our prog BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER manually it shows that one PR is transferred.
But our "Carryout Sourcing" is not showing any PR's thru. find list.
Can anyone help where else we could search for the PR's in EBP.
We are working in SRM 4.0 Component version.
Reg.,
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
seems that the Org Model user settings are missing:
- do you have a local POrg and local Pgroup?
Create these entries like normal Org Units and tick the related function without
entering any information in the linkage to the Backend
- do you have the RFC_USER (used for the RFC Connect) integrated into the
Org Model, so that that user is a fully working SRM User (like all users in the
Org Model)?
User Trx Users_gen to integrate that user into the Org Model.
Check / apply these settings and the transfer of ECC PRs should work.
Thanks,
Claudia

Hi,
Frist check the Outbound queue in R/3 i.e. trascn SMQ1.The entries may be stuck there due to some error.
If no entries exist in SMQ1,then check in SLG1 in SRM for any error log.
If no error found in SLG1,Also check whether the SC has been created for that PR whcih has been trasnefrred. Is the Status for the SC COMPLETE?
Also then check the SPRO settings for SOURCING.
Ensure that you have maintained the RFC user under a local Pur ORG and Lcal PUR Group in SRM.

Hi Ravi,
1.Check your RFC User Authorization role to whom you have assigned to Channel in the Org structure in SRM.
2. In the Sourcing for product categories in IMG Customizing what you have defined for the specific product category.
3.Have you defined all the respective customizing in SRM for bringing the PR in to SRM From ERP?
4.Check note 656597 for further reference.
5.Check SMQ1 and SMQ2 transactions.

mahesh

Hi Ravi,
Try Remote log in as the user whom you have assigned in the SRM Org structure.
Normally this user should be the remote login user .
Could you please confirm after running the program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER are you getting 2 messages that 1 PREQ has been transferred successfully on the top and other message after one line.

mahesh
