Dear Experts,
We want to move on to SAP MII 15.0
Current System : Netweaver 7.31 SP 5
MII 14.0
What should we do for this purpose; upgrade or migrate ?
Do we need another license?
Please share your experiences.

First you will need to update your NetWeaver at least to version 7.31 SP11.
You can refer to the portal : https://help.sap.com/mii for information about the license and
further information about the installation.
