Blank Launch page

Hi All,

I have implemented Fiori app succesfully on sandbox. But all of sudden what happened dont know for all users except Super user (which is used by basis team) are getting Blank Launchpage after logon to Fiori.

No error messages in tcode /iwfnd/error_log.

Please suggest me what will be the issue.

Hi John,

After i check above link, i found as the Launchpad should come with tiles according to the user roles, but here in my case is it is not showing any tiles after i assigned the roles to user.

same roles are assigned to SUPER user(which is used by basis team) ,here it is working fine but only for other users i am facing issue.

Is any authorizations are need to assign in front-end server to display tiles, i have assigned only Fiori related roles no other roles or profiles are assigned to other users.

Hi Tejas,

i followed the document today and everything gone smooth except final screen as blank.

I got blank screen in the final i didnt get the given tile(purchase order). My doubt is the user in the frontend(hub configuration) require any special authorizations.

i have added the roles

z_rfcacl(copied role for rfcacl authorization object)

z_sap_ui2_user_700(copied role of the standard role sap_ui2_user_700 and added extra two authorization zintop and z_page_pagebuilder_cust)

and added the role i have created according to the document i followed but still i am getting this issue.

please suggest me how to overcome this issue.

You can check authorization in the SU53 or ST01.

Do you set role as the following?

App Implementation: Approve Purchase Orders - SAP Fiori Apps - SAP Library

And even after you finish all setting, nothing will be shown in the home page.

You need to go to catalog , and add the tile into home page.

I have assigned the roles related to Purchase orderapproval, still i am facing the problem.

As you said i tried to add the tiles to homepage but after i click on Tile catalog it is showing as loading catalogs.. and it is there like hours also it is same...

Please suggest me any issue or do i need to assign any more roles or profiles to user in the frontend.

HI Praveen,

Why dont you go to SU53 and check for any auth failure. Probably some authorization objects are missing. Make sure below auth objects are assigned to 1 custom role.

Also please cross check the userid with which you login and the userid which is displayed inside the launchpad. Top right corner.

I have provided the sap_all in the frontend to the users with approval roles for fiori but still i am getting launchpage as blank for some users.

Hi Ryu,

This is usually related to missing authorization objects on GW system.

Please run SU53 on GW System and select "other user" user (F5) you are using for testing the launchpad. Add any missing authorizations to a role an assign it to the user according to the installation instructions.
