promotion & increment base on appraisal rating(pc00_m40_bsp & BSG)

Dear All,

i am trying to give promotion & increment to my employee based on appraisal final rating store in IT 0025 by using transaction pc00_m40_bsp & bsg . what entry should i maintain in table V_T7INB9 under "appraisal points " column & "No. of increment" column.

My rating scale is 1 to 100 , also employee getting rating between ;

rating1 - 40 will not get any promotion

rating 41-60  will get increment 7% , no promotion

rating 61- 75 will get increment 12%,  promotion

rating 76 -90 will get increment   15% , promotion

rating  91 -100 will get increment 20% , promotion

pls help me to complete my scenario .

I believe that this question should reside in another forum. Spend Performance management does not have these functions.
