C4C Case Management

Hi,

With the 1505 release for basic case management will the following features be available in C4C:

1. Automatic & manual creation and assignment of cases.

2. Adding notes and attachments to cases.

3. Setting up due dates , timeframes and priorities to the cases and tracking of cases

Any information on this will be appreciated.

All SAP had done is to improve the ticket data model to allow parent /child relationship between tickets. What they call "Case" is the parent ticket.

The functionality you are asking for its already available on tickets.

What this release will not give you is an attribute inheritance mechanism between parent and child. I suspect SAP will release this sort of automation in the next releases.
