C4C Case Management


With the 1505 release for basic case management will the following features be available in C4C:

1. Automatic & manual creation and assignment of cases.

2. Adding notes and attachments to cases.

3. Setting up due dates , timeframes and priorities to the cases and tracking of cases

Any information on this will be appreciated.
