Hello Everyone,
I have an issue in adobe forms.
I need my body page TEXT FIELD content to flow into multiple pages . But as of now the first page body is getting repeated onto next pages.
Could you please suggest the cause and a way out of it.
Any kind of help is highly appreciated
Thank you,
Rajesh
Hello Rajesh,
The content is getting repeated because the field which you have put, is in the Master Page. Remove it from Master page and put it in Design View(Body Page). It will solve the issue.
If you do not have a Design View(Body Page), then follow the below steps.
1) In Hierarchy Tab, right click on DATA and select Insert sub form. This will include a design view (body page) with a sub form.
2) Now rename this sub form and place your field inside this sub form.
3) Keep the sub form as type flowed and in Pagination tab->Overflow give the name of the content area where you it to be overflowed.

Hi Rajesh
Change the following properties of a text field.
1. Select the option to "Allow Multiple Lines".
2.Make sure "Expand to Fit" is checked for the Y direction on the Layout pallette.
3.Set your body page to be a "Flowed" content subform (it is "Positioned" by default) .
Hope this helps!!

Neha

Hello Rajesh,
Could you please send a screenshot ?
Have you set the "Allow break" properties on subform ?
Did you put the field in subform (means page) and not in master page ?
