"Alternative indicator: Not all technical spaces have been converted"

Hello Expert,

I am facing problem "Alternative indicator: Not all technical spaces have been converted" while doing transaction related to functional location.

For testing purpose I activated Alternative labelling system  from "INACTIVE" status and  deactivated back again. But still system shows the same error. Now current status is "DEACTIVATED"

Now how can I do this again "INACTIVE" status.

Pls help me to solve the problem.

Also try to go into transaction OIPU and leave the transaction, see whether there is any error again.

I am unable to open the link, asking and asking password " the server websmp230.sap-ag.de is asking your user name and password. The server reports that it is from SAP Service Marketpalace"
Please share media so that I can access that.
