HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Hi Everyone,

Currently, we are facing "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" for the message flow SAP ECC --> PI 7.31--> Factory Webservice system. Exact error message can be shown in the below screenshot..

As per the message logs, this error we are getting while posting the messages into target system. Suppose some 1000 IDocs were triggered from ECC, PI receives and transforms into target format and while trying to post some messages are delivering and some were get stuck with the above error. Later, if we re-process, then messages will be delivered only 4-5 messages in a single push, even though if we selected all the failed messages.

PI to factory web service system connectivity is SOAP over HTTPs connecitivity. Kindly assist us in identifying the root cause of this issue.

Hi,

It seems that service you are sending to might be down. Please ask the guys from the third party to check if the service is up and running?

It might be network issues, but normally comes back with a timeout issue. Saying that is couldnt reach the destination within the specified timeout parameter.

You can ask the network guys to check if your messages are leaving your network and where it is failing.

Hi Raj,

The problem it looks connectivity issue. please ask your web service team if they see any error in their logs.
