Simplified request form request type

Per default or at least in my configuration 'request roles' is the functionality that is enabled in the simplified request form.

Does anyone have an idea how to add the request type (e.g. super user) field?

Hello,

Define request type in SPRO-->Access Control-->User Provisioning-->Define req type.

Define a new request type here and activate it.It should popoulate in Access request form.

Hi,

so far it is only forseen to initiate a change requests for user to change role assignments. For all others (e.g. EAM access) you have to use the "old" request form.
