Hi All,
Is there a possibility to find an employee/ PERNR. who retro far back to 2013.
We have already run payroll. so IT0003 will not help.
any other way please suggest.
thanks
As suggested by Leila, Wage Type reporter is simpler to use.
It is also advisable to do following in all systems/clients (or move the transport for the variants from Dev to all systems/clients)
a)Create variants for (a)program H99CWTR0 and its report layout.
b)After the report is displayed, you may modify the layout and save the layout for your or general use.
Let other users and consultants know the variants' names (if these are for general use).

Hi,
There is a transparent table of payroll results.
Transaction SE16
Table HRPY_RGDIR
Using the IN period fields restrict the search to just the current IN period.
Using the FOR period fields restrict the search to the last IN period is 2013.
If your Payroll Year naming convention is the same for all payroll areas YYYYMM so that YYYY = 2015 always means 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015 this will be simple, if not then you may have to do this in batches with consistent. In the UK, due to the payroll year starting on 6th April, YYYY could either be this year or next...

Hi,
I think that you can use H99CWTR0 Program and /552 wage type.
- In Payroll Interval Box choose your mentioned Date in Period Field (you can choose from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013).
- In Other Selection Box type /552 in Wage type field (/552 is retro WT), then click on Object Selection button, transfer Personnel Number from Available Object box to Objects Selected box.
- select ALV grid Control radio button in Output box.
- Execute
you can see Persons who had retro run in 2013 year.
Best Regards,
Leila
