How to enter safety time more than 99 days.

Dear Team,

i am working on safety time field in MRP 2 view , as per my requirement i have to maintain safety time more than 99 days while the field length is 2 chanracters hence the maximum i could maintain is 99.

Dear Experts request you to suggest if there is any workaround llike to convert safety time into weeks or months so that i can maintain my safety time more than 99  days.

Safety time is maintained in workdays and this field is limited to 2 characters.

The only way to use more than 2 characters on this field is changing the domain of the data element on transaction SE11. However, I would not recommend this change, as this is a modification of the standard system and it may lead to side-effects, such as short dumps, etc...
